Coleslaw

1 lb. cole slaw mix (or shred your own cabbage and carrots to equal one pound)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 T. white vinegar
2 1/2 T. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
